Sarbodaya Nepal successfully concluded its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 28 February 2026 in Lalitpur. Chaired by the outgoing Chairperson, Ms Bina Neupane, the assembly critically reviewed and formally adopted the organisation’s annual progress and financial reports.
A key highlight of the meeting was the election of a new 11-member Executive Committee, which will serve a three-year term under the leadership of the newly elected Chairperson, Mr Dhan Bahadur Air.
Moving forward, the AGM passed a major resolution mandating the incoming Executive Committee to prioritise the formulation of Sarbodaya’s Strategic Plan. This plan will build on the organisation’s historical legacy while expanding into crucial new focus areas, including human rights, democratic resilience, migratory movements, and peace.
